Privacy and Cookie Policy

This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit our website, for what purpose, with whom it is shared, and what rights you have over that data.

What data do we process?

Contact form: when you fill in the form, your full name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message are sent to us.

Visit measurement: only if you have given cookie consent, page views and click events (clicking a phone or email link, downloading the brochure) are recorded through Google Analytics 4. These records are associated with a randomly generated visitor identifier; your name or email address is not linked to this data.

Browser preferences: your cookie choice and language preference are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our servers.

Purposes of processing

• To respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal at your request.
• To measure how the site is used and to improve its content (only if you have given consent).
• To comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis for processing

• Contact form data: directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Analytics cookies: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). If you do not consent, no analytics cookie is set.
• Essential local storage records: required for the basic operation of the site so that your preferences are remembered.

If you do not consent, no analytics cookie is set; in that case Google Analytics performs cookieless measurement and leaves no cookie in your browser.

Records kept in your browser's local storage that are not cookies:

• odk-cerez-onayi — remembering your cookie choice.
• selectedLang — your language preference.

Changing your cookie preferences

On your first visit you make a choice using the banner. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page.

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings; in that case your preference is asked again on every visit.

Parties to whom data is transferred

Your data is processed through the following service providers:

• Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) — site usage measurement.
• Formspree (formspree.io) — delivery of the contact form message.

Because both providers operate servers abroad (in the United States), your data is processed outside your country. Your data is not shared with third parties other than these providers and is not sold.

Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the mandatory retention periods set out in applicable legislation. Once the purpose no longer exists and the mandatory periods have expired, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, and to request compensation for any damage.
